What should I wear to one to one Pilates?

Wear something comfortable that you can easily move in. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

 

 What should I do if I cant keep my appointment?

If you cannot attend your appointment then you need to contact me by telephone as soon as possible.

Failure to notify me will mean that I will charge you for a missed appointment.

If you do not give 24 hours notice for your cancellation I will need to charge you for the appointment.

You can telephone or text to cancel an appointment for the following day leaving a message.

Please remember to leave your name, contact number, and appointment time when calling.

 

 

Can I pay for all services offered by card?

Yes, you can.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and V Pay. Alternatively, we accept cash and bankers transfers.

 

 

What are your opening hours?

We are open at times convenient for you, whether you need something before work, during lunch hours, or after work, so you don’t have to work your schedule around us.
