Group exercise is a great place where you can get active with liked minded people. Our classes will help you improve posture, balance, and strength and increase energy levels.

Classes are fun, friendly, and non-competitive, they are perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise.
Our supportive and friendly online classes ensure that you not only participate in a class but also feel the connection of a live session. We prioritise your safety by closely monitoring your exercises, guaranteeing a secure and enjoyable fitness journey.

Tuesday - FlexiFit
9.30 -10.20 am
This is a fun class designed to get you moving. It is designed to increase your energy levels and maintain flexibility and strength. It is low to medium impact, however, you can work at your own pace.
Wednesday - Fitness Flow
9.30 -10.20 am
A fusion of standing exercises and Pilates moves.
Low Impact gentle exercise

Wednesday - Sit Fit: Assisted chair exercise
Sit Fit is a class of easy chair exercises that strengthen both body and mind.
11.00 -11.45 am
Thursday - Beginners Mat Pilates Class
Mat Pilates is a system of low-impact resistance training that will strengthen and tone your whole body.
9.30 -10.15 am
Thursday - At The Barre
A 45-minute elegant ballet-inspired workout to improve balance, posture, flexibility, and mobility. All you need is a high-back chair or worktop.
5.30 - 6.15 pm
Friday - FlexiFit

CHOREO NOW is an easy online library of fitness class content for
intructors to use.
I started online with Alison in January 2021. I found my shoulder mobility was improving and my overall flexibility and fitness has improved. I really enjoy her zoom classes and have benefitted not just physically but mentally too.

What do I need to bring to a face-to-face class?
A bottle of water and a mat.
​
What do I wear?
Wear something you feel comfortable exercising in. Either bare feet or a soft supportive trainer or dance shoe.

How do I pay?
Depending on which class you want to attend contact either Alison for online classes, Fiona for Monday at 10 am and Tuesday at 11 am, or Leanda who teaches Sit Fit on a Monday at 11.15 am.

What if I've never exercised before?
Classes are suitable for beginners and active exercisers, it's a friendly environment and anyone can take part. We will give adaptations and you work at your own pace.
I have been attending Alison's group exercise classes for the last fifteen years. I love the mix of fun routines that she gives us. If you want a friendly class that's low impact Alison's classes are perfect for you.
