Group exercise is a great place where you can get active with liked minded people. Some of my classes are based on the FLexercise system, which helps to improve posture, balance, strength and increase energy levels.

All my classes are fun, friendly and non-competitive, they are perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise.

My online classes are more than just a class. Our community is supportive and friendly. Class members get the sense of being in a live class. I always keep an eye on you to ensure you are doing the exercise safely.

Live Zoom Fitness Classes

Tuesday - FlexiFit

9.30 -10.20 am
This is a fun class designed to get you moving. It is designed to increase your energy levels and maintain flexibility and strength. It is low to medium impact, however, you can work at your own pace. 

Wednesday - Fitness Flow 
9.30 -10.20 am
A fusion of standing exercises and Pilates moves.
Low Impact gentle exercise

Wednesday - Sit Fit: Assisted chair exercise  
Sit Fit is a class of easy chair exercises that strengthen both body and mind. 
11.00 -11.45 am

Thursday - Beginners Mat Pilates Class
Mat Pilates is a system of low-impact resistance training that will strengthen and tone your whole body. 
9.30 -10.15 am

Thursday -  At The Barre - back in September
A 45-minute elegant ballet-inspired workout to improve balance, posture, flexibility, and mobility. All you need is a high-back chair or worktop.

I started online with Alison in January 2021. I found my shoulder mobility was improving and my overall flexibility and fitness has improved. I really enjoy her zoom classes and have benefitted not just physically but mentally too.

What do I need to bring to a face-to-face class?

A bottle of water and a mat.

What do I wear?

Wear something you feel comfortable exercising in. Either bare feet or a soft supportive trainer or dance shoe.

How do I pay? 

Go to the green booking tab above to book and pay for your class.

Do I need to book?

Yes, please book your space in both online and face-to-face classes. Once you have paid you will automatically receive confirmation and if it's an online class the zoom link will be emailed to you. 

What if I've never exercised before?

Alison's classes are suitable for beginners and active exercisers, it's a friendly environment and anyone can take part. Alison will give adaptations and you work at your own pace.

I have been attending Alison's group exercise classes for the last fifteen years. I love the mix of fun routines that she gives us. If you want a friendly class that's low impact Alison's classes are perfect for you.
