The FLexercise system is a proven exercise formula accessible to all. Fitness Flow classes are a fusion of the FLexercise exercise system with elements of beginners Pilates, strength, and mobility training.

Non-competitive group exercise classes

I started online with Alison in January 2021. I found my shoulder mobility was improving and my overall flexibility and fitness has improved. I really enjoy her zoom classes and have benefitted not just physically but mentally too.

What do I need to bring to a face-to-face class?
A bottle of water and a mat.
What do I wear?
Wear something you feel comfortable exercising in. Either bare feet or a soft supportive trainer or dance shoe.
How do I pay?
Go to the green booking tab above to book and pay for your class.
Do I need to book?
Yes, please book your space in both online and face-to-face classes. Once you have paid you will automatically receive confirmation and if it's an online class the zoom link will be emailed to you.
What if I've never exercised before?
Alison's classes are suitable for beginners and active exercisers, it's a friendly environment and anyone can take part. Alison will give adaptations and you work at your own pace.

I have been attending Alison's group exercise classes for the last fifteen years. I love the mix of fun routines that she gives us. If you want a friendly class that's low impact Alison's classes are perfect for you.
