Marcus has always had an interest in health and fitness and has been a keen martial artist with 35 years in various styles. Marcus combined weight training to increase his strength and power leading him to a deeper fascination in the workings of the Human body.
Marcus still includes weight training, functional movement and (Mov. Nat) natural movement classes in his exercise routines.
Through his own experiences in sports he understands how it feels to cope with pain, especially back pain and sore/torn muscles.
He now helps people of various ages and sizes who have experienced injury, pain and trauma at work or in sports. He works with pre and post-operation clients using his Soft Tissue therapies, Acupuncture, Prehab/Rehab, & Exercise skills both from a home clinic in Hazlemere and with his mobile service.
Marcus also provides rehab sessions for Parkison's and 1:1 rehab for Stroke patients.
